amanda Rodhe

Raised in the seaside community of Manchester, Massachusetts, Amanda began acting, singing, and dancing professionally at the age of twelve with several highly-regarded regional theatres.

In 2007, she moved to New York City to study acting at Barnard College, Columbia University. She was fortunate enough to be taught by several professors from The Juilliard School, including Wendy Waterman, Ralph Zito, and Rebecca Guy. They helped her to hone her craft and expand beyond the realm of musical theatre into the worlds of Greek tragedy and Shakespearean comedy.

She graduated cum laude with a BA in Theatre and continues to pursue her passion for performing today. Notable credits include Babes in Toyland (Gloucester Stage Company), FAME! (North Shore Music Theatre, with Jonathan Groff), Schmoozy Togetherness (Williamstown Theatre Festival), and The Wizard and I: The Musical Journey of Stephen Schwartz (Carnegie Hall, with Norm Lewis and Jeremy Jordan).

She has performed with Original Binding Productions as Titania in A Midsummer Night’s Dream and is delighted to be joining them as an Associate Company Member.
